Technology overview

Canborsa is built around three core product layers that form a unified trading stack at launch.

Wallet

The Canborsa Wallet is a self-custodial gateway to the platform. Users hold, transfer, and interact with both crypto and tokenized real-world assets without relying on a centralized custodian or traditional bank.

Supported assets include:

  • Crypto: BTC, ETH, Canton Coin

  • Stablecoins: USDT, USDCx

  • Tokenized stocks: SPCX, NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, S&P500, GOOGL, META, AMZN, CRCL, MSFT, AMD, ZEC

  • Commodities: Gold, Silver, BRENT

  • Real estate (coming Q4 2026)

Swap

The swap module allows users to exchange crypto, stablecoins, and tokenized assets without intermediaries. The swap experience is designed around a unified market flow across multiple ecosystems, including Canton Network, Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Solana, with more integrations planned.

Perpetuals

Canborsa is building the first Perpetuals DEX on Canton Network. Users can trade perpetual contracts on BTC, ETH, tokenized stocks, and gold with up to 30x leverage, long or short, from a single non-custodial interface. This is the first time perpetual trading on tokenized real-world assets has been available natively onchain at this infrastructure level.

RWA Layer

Real-world assets on Canborsa are tokenized representations of existing financial instruments - equities, commodities, and eventually real estate. These assets exist onchain with transparent supply and real asset backing. Tokenized stocks track the price of underlying equities and are accessible 24/7 without brokerage accounts.
