# Wallet

The Canborsa Wallet is a gateway to the platform. From here you deposit, withdraw, swap and see your history. You fund your account with stablecoins or CC, and get other assets by swapping.

### In short <a href="#in-short" id="in-short"></a>

* **Deposit and withdraw stablecoins and CC.** USDT, USDC, USDG, USDCx and CC, on six networks.
* **Other assets come through Swap.** BTC, ETH, SOL, tokenized stocks and the rest cannot be deposited or withdrawn directly.
* **Check the network and the minimum.** A deposit on the wrong network or below the minimum is not credited.
* **Canton needs a memo.** CC and USDCx deposits must include your personal memo.

On Ethereum the maximum is 10,000 USDT or USDC per transaction, and on Canton 100,000 CC or 10,000 USDCx. The deposit and withdrawal screens always show the current limits and fees.

### How to deposit <a href="#how-to-deposit" id="how-to-deposit"></a>

1. Open **Wallet → Deposit**.
2. Choose the asset, then the network. Only supported networks are shown.
3. Copy the address or scan the QR code. On Canton, also copy your **memo**.
4. Send the funds from your exchange or wallet on the same network.

The deposit is credited after the network confirms it, usually within a few minutes.

**If you signed in with a wallet** or linked one, Deposit opens a transfer form instead: you send funds from your connected wallet and approve the transfer in it. To use a plain address, turn on Show deposit address. Funds sent to that address are credited only if they come from your registered wallet.

Your deposit address is personal and is the same on all EVM networks (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Base, Robinhood Chain). On Canton, always include your personal memo: it is how the deposit is credited to your account.

> **Warning:** Send only the selected asset on the selected network. A deposit on another network, without the Canton memo, or below the minimum is not credited. If this happens, contact support right away.

### How to withdraw <a href="#how-to-withdraw" id="how-to-withdraw"></a>

1. Open **Wallet → Withdraw**.
2. Choose the asset and the network.
3. Choose **Use my wallet** or enter a custom address. On Canton, enter the memo if the receiving platform requires one.
4. Enter the amount and check the fee and the amount you will receive.
5. Confirm. If you signed in with a wallet, sign the request in it.

The fee is taken from your balance on top of the amount, so the most you can withdraw is your balance minus the fee. Withdrawals usually arrive within a few minutes.

**CC withdrawals.** Some Canton wallets ask you to accept an incoming transfer before it arrives. Until you accept it in the receiving wallet, the withdrawal shows Pending in Canborsa. If a CC withdrawal stays Pending, first check the incoming transfers in the wallet you sent it to.

> **Warning:** Check the address and the network. A withdrawal sent to a wrong address or network cannot be reversed. If the address belongs to a smart contract, the form warns you.

### History <a href="#history" id="history"></a>

The history in the Wallet lists deposits, withdrawals, swaps, referral rewards, Savings rewards, funding refunds and payouts. Each line has a status: Success, Pending, Failed or Declined.

A withdrawal or deposit that stays Pending for more than 30 minutes is unusual. Contact support with the asset, amount, network and time.
