# Referral program

Invite traders with your personal link and earn twice: a share of their net trading fees in USDT, and a share of their points in the Points Program. One link works for both.

### Your link <a href="#your-link" id="your-link"></a>

Your link looks like `canborsa.com/r/<your code>`. Find it in two places:

* **Referrals** in the Wallet (the gift icon in the top bar): your USDT earnings, rate and invited traders.
* **Referrals** on the Points site: your referral points by level.

Custom codes are issued by the Canborsa team on request.

### USDT: a share of trading fees <a href="#usdt-a-share-of-trading-fees" id="usdt-a-share-of-trading-fees"></a>

You earn a share of the net trading fees from your direct referrals' perpetual trades. Rewards are credited to your Wallet in USDT, as one line per day in your history.

| Volume of your referrals, last 90 days | Your share |
| -------------------------------------- | ---------- |
| Under $50,000                          | 15%        |
| $50,000 and more                       | 20%        |
| $250,000 and more                      | 25%        |
| $1,000,000 and more                    | 30%        |

* **First 30 days: 30%.** For your first 30 days in the program you get the top rate whatever the volume.
* **Direct referrals only.** Swaps and funding do not count.
* **12 months per referral, up to $2,500.** You earn from each referral for 365 days after they become active, up to $2,500 per referral.
* **What counts.** Very small trades and positions closed within seconds do not count. A referral becomes active with their first trade that counts.

Your current rate is always shown on the Referrals screen.

### Points: a share of referral points <a href="#points-a-share-of-referral-points" id="points-a-share-of-referral-points"></a>

| 1     | People you invite  | 10%                         | +200 points        |
| 2     | People they invite | 3%                          | +60 points         |
| 3     | Third level        | 1%                          | +20 points         |

* The person you invite also gets 200 points when they activate.
* A referral activates with their first trading quest: a deposit, swap, perpetual trade, RWA trade or withdrawal. Social quests and connecting a wallet do not count.
* Your share is counted from quest points. Points from Deposit & Hold, Savings and referrals are not shared.

### Rules <a href="#rules" id="rules"></a>

* Self-referrals are detected and excluded.
* Only real, non-abusive activity counts. Accounts with abusive activity get no rewards.
