# Account and sign-in

Signing up and signing in are the same step: go to [app.canborsa.com](https://app.canborsa.com/) and choose how to continue. There is no KYC.

### Ways to sign in <a href="#ways-to-sign-in" id="ways-to-sign-in"></a>

| Passkey | Sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or your device's screen lock. Create a passkey first, then use it next time                          |

Wallet sign-in works with Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Base and Robinhood Chain wallets.

### Linking more sign-in methods <a href="#linking-more-sign-in-methods" id="linking-more-sign-in-methods"></a>

Open **Account menu (top right) → Sign-in methods** to link a wallet, Google or X to the account you already have. Then you can sign in with any of them. Linked methods cannot be removed yet.

If you sign in with Google using the same verified email as your existing account, Google is linked to that account automatically.

> **Note:** Signing in with a different method that is not linked creates a new, separate account. Link methods in Sign-in methods instead.

### Security <a href="#security" id="security"></a>

* **Log out of all devices.** Account menu → Log out of all devices ends every session at once. Use it if you lost a device or suspect someone else has access.
* **Withdrawals with a wallet session** must be signed in your wallet.
* **Canborsa never asks** for your seed phrase, private key, password or sign-in code, and never messages you first. Anyone who does is a scammer.

### Language <a href="#language" id="language"></a>

Canborsa is available in 13 languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Japanese, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Korean, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Persian. Switch it at the bottom of the trading screen, or in the menu on mobile.

### What you cannot change <a href="#what-you-cannot-change" id="what-you-cannot-change"></a>

There is no username or display name on Canborsa, and the account email cannot be changed. If you need help with access to your account, contact support.
